Ruifa Modular House
Detachable Container house is a new generation of prefab house. The whole container can be knocked down into many small accessories, and the whole structure is connected by bolts. This design can minimize the transportation cost as one 40ft can load 17 units, while 20ft can load 7 units. For installation, no large tools such as cranes are needed, and there is no need for welding jobs, which significantly lowers installation costs.
