2. What is your standard lead time and payment terms?
Lead time is generally 7-15 days after deposit for regular sizes. Payment is usually via TT: 30% advance and 70% before shipment.
3. Can the colors and sizes be customized?
Yes, we accept full customization for colors (regular is white/grey) and sizes up to 3500mm * 8000mm.
4. How are the houses protected against water leakage?
Through professional design and high-quality construction standards, our units are engineered to ensure there are no water leakage issues.
5. What kind of insulation is used in the walls and floors?
Walls use 50mm rock wool sandwich panels (upgradable to 75mm/100mm). Floors can also be covered with insulation upon request.
6. Is a foundation required for the container house?
If the ground is firm and will not subside, a formal foundation is often not required. We provide complete guidance and drawings for various geological conditions.
