Expandable box-type modular house includes a box module and foldable roof module. The box module consists of a box-type steel structure frame, base plate, and hill walls located on opposite sides with pre-designated doors, windows, and pipelines. The expandable modules are set on both sides of the central box. The foldable roof panels are connected via ridge and longitudinal beams through hinged connectors. This design allows the building to be folded during transportation and unfolded during use, effectively solving space and height limitations of traditional modular buildings.
