Frequently Asked Questions
How are the houses installed on-site?
We offer three types of installation support: 1. Manuals with photos, drawings, and videos for local teams (93% of clients use this). 2. Sending a technical team to guide or perform the installation. 3. Clients can send engineers to our facility to study installation details.
What are the main advantages of prefab houses?
Key benefits include high recyclability (easy to assemble/disassemble across multiple sites), lower costs compared to traditional buildings, rapid installation (150sqm/day with 6 people), and high safety ratings (Grade 7 earthquake resistance).
How should a prefab house be maintained?
To maximize lifespan, avoid structural changes like adding partitions or removing screws after installation. We recommend repainting every 1-2 years to maintain aesthetics and durability. Ensure no electrical wires are directly tied to the steel frame to avoid hazards.
How many floors can a K-style house have?
We typically suggest 1 or 2 floors. While 3 floors are possible, we do not recommend exceeding this height. For buildings over 3 floors, a T-house design with H-shape steel support is preferred.
What insulation materials are available?
We provide four main options for thermal insulation: EPS sandwich panels, Glass wool sandwich panels, Rock wool sandwich panels, and PU (polyurethane) sandwich panels.
How do I prepare the foundation?
We provide detailed foundation drawings for preparation. K-style houses normally require a standard strip foundation.
